Following the acquisition of a business and creation of a group structure we are seeking a Group Head of Marketing to join our team and lead the marketing efforts of two B2B businesses in the experiential learning and development sector. The Group Head of Marketing will work closely with the Managing Directors of both businesses and be responsible for developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy, building the brand, and generating leads for both businesses.
The Group Head of Marketing role is a cross-functional Marketing position encompassing all marketing disciplines, so will suit a person who is a strong all-rounder and has B2B experience and working in SMEs. We want your expertise, ideas and energy on how we can develop and execute a marketing strategy that will help us increase our brand awareness across new and existing clients driving lead generation to support the Revenues teams. You will lead a small team of passionate and talented marketers, while also needing to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on and close to the detail.

Establish the group marketing function and set up the team for success in Growth, Content and Product Marketing.
Work closely with the Managing Directors of both businesses to ensure marketing plans support their strategic direction.
Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for each business unit, ensuring alignment with business and product development goals and objectives.
Ensure the brand message is consistent across all marketing channels for each business.
In conjunction with the Products and Revenues teams create and deliver high-quality sales and marketing collaterals including presentations, brochures, white papers, case studies, videos and other digital marketing content.
Lead and optimise our CRM (HubSpot) initiatives to support lead generation, product campaigns, ‘always on’ activity, database growth, events, and content-driven outbound marketing activities.
Identify new audience segments within our existing user base to target as well as focus on new customers, sectors, and cross-selling within the group.
Proactively oversee the execution of strategic campaigns and participate in performance analysis to be able to refine targeting and messaging.
Increase brand awareness and demand generation, supplying top-of-the-funnel qualified leads to the sales team and ensuring progression through the client journey.
Measure, track and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Support the team and external agencies (where relevant) to plan, develop copy & execute high-value content for digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, PPC and display advertising.
Leverage each business’s social media presence across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Collaborate with the wider team on client surveys and implementation of results and key learnings.
Ensure the websites for PCA Law, PCA, Youd Andrews and The Experiential Learning Group are maintained and up to date with current products and propositions.
Manage the marketing budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and apply this knowledge to continually improve marketing efforts.
Manage and coach the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive, providing guidance, support, and feedback as necessary
Contribute to PCA or Youd Andrews leadership team meetings as required and attend group-level Board Meetings to report on Marketing project progress and KPIs from time to time.
Demonstrated ability to manage a team and provide effective leadership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels
Experience in managing external agencies and suppliers.
Experience with Google Analytics, SEO optimisation or other web analytics tools.
Process-oriented thinking with strong problem-solving skills and a creative mind that loves to solve challenges.
Self-motivated to prioritise and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
Demonstrate a track record of expertise and success in B2B marketing.
Experience of working in the professional services space would be a distinct advantage.
You are likely to be a mid-level Marketing Manager with B2B experience looking to expand into a senior leadership role, managing multiple business units and stakeholders. You will have a minimum of 7 years of marketing experience and be able to demonstrate results-driven previous roles.

We operate a hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 Collaboration days (Tuesday and Wednesday) in our London Bridge office and the option to either WFH or use our office the other 3 days. This is subject to ongoing review.
Salary range £50,000-£70,000 dependent on experience
7% Employer pension
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Up to a 10% bonus based on company and personal objectives
