He has been a Partner at a Tier 1 global consulting firm for ten years and latterly was part of the Executive Management team that did a VC-backed start up, growth and successful exit of an analytics software business. He has sold to and consulted with enterprise clients such as Vodafone, 02, BT, Bank of Ireland, Aviva, Capital One, ANZ Bank, Coles FS, Sainsburys, GSK, Diageo, Land Rover, Bosch, Shell and British Gas.
This CXO’s blue-chip executive career is an impressive balanced combination of FMCG and technology, covering all three business pillars. They have had CEO appointments at both C&W and Northrop Grumman, as well as CxO’s roles in Unilever and the M&M/Mars corporation. Currently he is engaged in PE portfolio management where he specialises in joining up business solutions to realise a whole business benefit. In addition to this they hold two non-executive posts as well as recently being the CMO at an IT transformational change restructuring company headquartered at New York and London.

Before this he served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Jefferies Execution Services orchestrating the conversion of electronic trading platforms at the NYSE and was instrumental in helping both the NYSE and Jefferies adapt to the new demands of electronic trading of NYSE securities. His skill strength lies in understanding how a cohesive operations and technology platform combine to formulate a solid business model.
Following a successful career in the IT Professional Services industry in various top tier companies this CXO joined BT Cellnet which then became O2 plc. As CIO, she reported into the CEO and helped O2 become one of the most successful mobile operators in the FTSE 100 and the extremely competitive UK Telecommunications market. She then joined Northern Foods – a UK and Ireland based food manufacturer supplying to all the key supermarkets and a major UK airline.As Group CIO, she established a new team whose remit was to build and maintain effective business relationships across the company.
This CXO has worked in financial services for over 30 years sitting on boards and executive committees as CEO, CMO and CTO.
He is now chairman of a listed bank and a non executive director of one of Europe’s largest retailers.
