PRIVACY STATEMENT

Here at Youd Andrews, we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your training event and to provide your feedback from the event.

However, from time to time we would like to contact you with details of our forthcoming Alumni page we will provide on our website. If you consent to us contacting you for this purpose, please email info@youd-andrews.com and tell us how you would like us to contact you in the future.
Your engagement with Youd Andrews will be related to a Skills or Behaviour event, organised by your employer and who will have given you prior knowledge of this.

As part of administering the event, we will need access to your name and email address and the business location where you are based. This will enable us to organise the programme and the logistics to best effect. We store no non-business data on you, only what you have put in the public domain.

We will store this information in our CRM system and insert the URL to your LinkedIn profile (if you have one).

Once you have completed the event, we will provide you with feedback regarding your journey during the event. For your management, we provide a management summary, consisting of various pie and bar charts but minus the Participant’s names.

After the event and feedback process is concluded and not later than six months following completion, we delete the feedback data from our systems, only keeping your name, email address, LinkedIn URL and the date you attended a named event, on our CRM system.

The information is not shared with any external organisation – just you and your company.
